Multiple System Atrophy, Cortical Basal Degeneration and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy are characterized as rare diseases. They are not confined to certain geographies, populations or demographics. As progressive disabling conditions, people suffering from MSA, CBD or PSP, face insurmountable challenges to attend regular onsite support meetings. The Global Online Support Hub (GOSH) was developed as an alternative community resource to connect patients and their caregivers with others who find themselves in a similar situation.
